Instructions
Store your safety instructions, company policies, and non-disclosure agreements for each visitor category. Your agreements can easily be maintained in an editor. Make agreements digital available for signature in the visitor’s language.
The signed documents are automatically sent to the visitor by email, with timestamp and signature.
WELCOME manages the validity of the documents. If the documents expire, they are automatically presented to the visitor for signature during the next check-in process.
